Alternative café wikiEdit

Is anyone interested in an alternative café review wiki? I've proposed a wikimedia project: wikicafés. There's a demonstration site up at http://wikicafes.co-operista.com/ which is free from advertising and has the googlemaps extension installed, for easily locating cafés around the world. What do people here think of a non-wikia café wiki? It's aiming at something like wikipubs. Do tell me if I'm way off the mark here, and that it's stupid to split things up like this...  :-) Samwilson 00:28, 19 December 2006 (UTC)

Why would you want to move it off Wikia? Perhaps you could merge your site in here, which will give you the advantage of having free stable hosting as well as single login to thousands of other wikis. Angela ^talk 16:12, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
